Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at amancollectives@gmail.com before sending the item. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, and certain personal-care or hazardous items are non-returnable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may require additional processing time.
